Sam and all the staff at Gatedoctors are fantastic! From the initial email, through to the site visit and job completion they were absolutely faultless. Fast, efficient and professional. The job was particularly tricky as the gates are so heavy but they came up with the engineering solution to get it sorted, and they now work perfectly. 😊We have used other companies previously that did quick repairs rather than rectify the problem. Their office handled my enquiry efficiently, and their engineer John arrived early, quickly found the fault with our electric gates, installed replacement beams, and re-commissioned them. Gatedoctors (previously called AAC) have installed and maintained our gates for some 20+ years.  Problems are dealt with swiftly and communication is always clear. Sam has over the last few years provided effective solutions to a range of automatic gate problems.  Any unexpected issues that have arisen are dealt with swiftly and without hesitation.
