We have 6 qualified and DHF certified engineers, all strategically positioned across the South East and London. All of them are experts at finding and resolving faults, and have years experience – meaning they often understand the problem and it’s causes and can resolve it quickly.
On visiting your site they make a professional plan to clear the automation fault. The engineer will be able to test all the controllers and motors, then clearly explain to you what the plan is.

Our Technical Team consists of our Operations Director and Chief Engineer with a combined 30 years of experience. As well as direct lines to key personnel within all major manufacturers through years of working together.
Both are on hand to talk you through your issue and diagnose faults so our qualified engineers arrive with a good sense of the problem and how best to resolve it.
